1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the subscription service BetterStocks ("Service") provided by Kathekon AB ("Company", "we", "us", "our") to customers ("Customer", "you", "your").

In accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59) (Sw. lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of subscribing without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., by a letter sent by post or email).

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. We hold the intellectual property rights to articles, images, websites, and other information you access through the Services. Creating an account and using the Service does not grant you the right to reproduce, copy, assign, license, transfer, or otherwise exploit any content that appears in the Service, nor to use the trademarks and logos.
